By using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms as well as our Disclaimer and Privacy Policy. By continuing to access this website we assume you accept these terms of service in full. Do not continue to use Teacher J website if you do not accept all of the terms of service stated on this page.

(ii) Teacher J is made available for use only by individuals (“Visitors”) of legal age searching for reviewers, exam drills, sample questionnaires, and knowledge sharing in preparation for the Licensure Exam for Teachers (LET).

(iii) Upon agreement to these terms, Teacher J hereby grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable limited license to use our Services in strict accordance with our terms and conditions. You agree not to make any fraudulent activities as you use this Service. You acknowledge and agree that all content and services available on this site are the property of Teacher J and are protected by copyrights, trademarks, and other proprietary rights and laws in the Philippines. All rights not expressly granted herein are fully reserved by Teacher J.

(iv) Teacher J provides free access for all Filipino audiences for the limited use of the Services.

(v) Teacher J does not guarantee that our Services, or any content, will always be available or be uninterrupted. We may periodically update or change all or any part of our Services with or without notice. We will not be liable to you if for any reason our Services are unavailable at any time or for any period.

(vi) All LET-related contents on our website are not endorsements and should not be interpreted as such. Teacher J does not investigate, verify or warrant the accuracy of the information contained on our website.

(vii) TEACHER J WILL HAVE NO RESPONSIBILITY OR LIABILITY OF ANY KIND FOR ANY LET-RELATED INFORMATION THROUGH OUR WEBSITE, AND ANY USE OR RELIANCE ON INFORMATION IS SOLELY AT VISITORS’ OWN RISK.

(viii) All information, content, designs, branding, methods, and features provided on the Website are the intellectual property of Teacher J. It is prohibited to collect, save, copy, reshare, publish, or reuse any of this intellectual property, in original or in modified form. It is prohibited to use any of this intellectual property to augment and improve another service, to use automated systems or software to extract data for any purpose, or to use or reverse engineer the underlying APIs used in any manner.

(ix) Teacher J reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to downgrade, remove or terminate your access to the Services for any reason and at any time without prior notice. For example, we may suspend or terminate your use of the Services if you are not complying with these Terms, or if you are using the Services in a manner that would expose us to danger or liability, disrupt the Services or disrupt others’ use of the Services. If Teacher J elects to terminate your account, Teacher J will provide you with notice at your registered email address.

(x) Teacher J reserves the right to modify or discontinue, either temporarily or permanently, any part of its Services with or without notice. You agree that Teacher J will not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of your membership in the Services.

(xi) Teacher J is overseen during business hours only. While we make reasonable efforts to monitor content on our Website, we do not moderate or update all information and cannot always respond in a timely manner to online queries. All information made available as part of this platform and the fact that a piece of information is posted on or transmitted using this Website does not mean that Teacher J has endorsed in any way or verified the accuracy, completeness, correctness, suitability, or validity of such information.

(xii) Teacher J does not claim ownership of any texts, photos, or other forms of media you either represented or uploaded and stored using our Services. You grant permission for Teacher J to use your uploaded media exclusively in connection with providing Services to you if there are any.

• Restrict or inhibit any other user from using and enjoying the communication services.
• Harvest or otherwise collect personally identifiable information about others without their consent.
• Violate any code of conduct or other guidelines.
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations.

(xiv) Although Teacher J has no obligation, we reserve the right, at our own discretion, to review and remove materials posted, transmitted, and sent through, in whole or in part. Teacher J reserves the right to disclose any materials posted, information or activity as necessary to comply with any applicable law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request.

(xv) You can only use our Services in a manner that does not violate Philippine law. By using our Services, you acknowledge that you do not violate Philippine law. To enforce this provision, Teacher J reserves the right to refuse access, or suspend or terminate your account immediately and without prior notice at our sole discretion.

(xvi) You shall not hack, “scrape” or “crawl” our Website whether directly or through intermediaries such as spiders, robots, crawlers, scrapers, framing, iframes, or RSS feeds, or otherwise access or attempt to access any information Teacher J has not intentionally made available to you. Your use of our Website does not entitle you to resell any of Teacher J’s content.

(xvii) Teacher J’s platform may contain external links to third party websites and URLs. Those links are provided for your convenience to help you identify and locate other internet resources that may be of importance to you. Teacher J does not sponsor and is not associated with any third-party websites.

(xviii) You release and indemnify, on behalf of yourself and your representatives, and assigns, fully release, forever discharge, and hold Teacher J, its owners, and affiliates, free and harmless from any and all losses, damages, expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, rights, claims, and actions of any kind and injury (including death) arising out of or relating to your use of the Service. You agree that this release has been freely and voluntarily consented to and you confirm that you fully understand what you are agreeing to.

(xix) These Terms will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines.

(xx) These Terms constitute the whole agreement between Teacher J and you and supersede any previous agreements between us relating to the subject matter hereof.

(xxi) If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in full force and an enforceable term will be substituted reflecting our intent as closely as possible. Teacher J’s failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of its right to do so later. Teacher J may assign its rights to anyone.

(xxii) Teacher J reserves the right to update the Terms at any time with or without notice. The most current version of the Terms can be viewed by clicking on the “Terms, Disclaimer, and Privacy” hypertext link located on our website.

(xxiii) We may revise these Terms from time to time, and will always post the most current version on our website. By continuing to use or access the Services after the revisions come into effect, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms.

II. DISCLAIMER

(i) Teacher J is an information provider and a community-driven education website and does not endorse or recommend any LET-related information. Teacher J makes no representation or warranty as to the qualifications or competency of any user or visitor or as to the accuracy or completeness of any user comments, posted status, or uploaded media.

(ii) All LET-related information is fitting and available at the time of posting. Some posted information may be already outdated and just retained for historical reference. Users are encouraged to visit official website resources for the latest updates and information.

(iii) The information provided by Teacher J is for your information purposes only. All information is posted and provided in good faith. Teacher J makes no representation or warranty of any kind, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, adequacy, validity, reliability, availability, or completeness of such information posted. Under no circumstance shall Teacher J have any liability to any users or visitors for any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of the use or reliance on any information provided by Teacher J on the Website. The use of the Website and the reliance on any information is solely at the buyer’s own risk.

(iv) Teacher J is a free social media and knowledge-sharing platform. III. PRIVACY POLICY

(i) Teacher J has the modest goal of making the internet a better place, and as such is committed to your privacy. The privacy of our users is of extreme importance to us and we are very much aware of protecting your privacy and personal information.

(ii) It is the policy of Teacher J to respect and uphold data privacy rights, and to ensure that all personal data collected are processed pursuant to the general principles of transparency, legitimate purpose, and proportionality.

(iii) Information such as your name and email is required to register with Teacher J website. Please take note that Teacher J website is not collecting, using, storing, or transferring any personal data beyond the aforementioned purpose.

(iv) Teacher J was built for Pinoy users the way we want other people to build services for us. We use the information we collect solely to create your account and to authenticate that you are a real person and not a bot. We will not use or share your information with any third party.

(v) Teacher J is not responsible for the privacy statements or other content on websites outside of the Service we operate.

(i) We will remove posted comments if we are made aware of, and confirm that the comment is inaccurate, fake, misleading, deceptive, infringes on a third-party’s copyright and/or trademark, violates applicable law, rule, and/or regulation in any jurisdiction nationally or internationally, libelous, defamatory, immoral, offensive, obscene, pornographic, disruptive, threatening, abusive, or contains content that is not appropriate for any other reason.

(ii) Spamming or flooding the Website with similar, multiple, repeated comments is prohibited.

(iii) Users who register to Teacher J platforms are NOT ALLOWED to do any of the following:
• Posting illegal products or services
• Post false, misleading, and/or incomplete information
• Post content that will violate Philippine laws
• Flooding the Website with duplicated and repetitive comments
• Post content that aims to generate traffic and advertise their company or competing websites
